Neither The Anything RV, Inc.™ nor its affiliates assumes responsibility for any errors or omissions in the material. Return Policy Returns accepted are made with prior authorization only. All items must have a "Return Authorization Number" and must be made within 30 days from shipping date. All items must be in clean and ready-to-sell condition and in the original shipping carton. All items may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping & handling is NOT refundable. There are no exceptions to these conditions.

If merchandise is defective, either in materials or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced.To obtain an Return Authorization Number, please contact us at 1-800-816-5188 (toll free).

Anything RV, Inc.™ is not responsible for any return made without an Return Authorization Number.

The following items NOT returnable unless the return is due to a warranty or repair issue only:
Any product with custom logo or monogramming and any product in a specially ordered color.

If your item is a warranty return we will reimburse you for your cost to return the item, reimbursable methods of shipping are UPS ground and US Priority Mail. If item is returned and deemed not a warranty issue we will not reimburse for return shipping. If you have changed your mind or ordered the incorrect part # we will accept the item for return if it is not on the non-returnable items list.

There will be a 20% restocking fee and your cost to return the item will not be reimbursed, therefore, please order carefully to be sure you have ordered correctly.
